1.   PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: 

The Touch-A-Truck Raffle begins on April 24th, 2026 at 10:00 AM EST and ends on April 27th, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST.

The sponsor of this contest is Samantha Steinhage, Loan Officer of radius financial group, inc. By participating in the contest, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of Entries and the overall administration of the contest. Entrants should look solely to Sponsor with any questions, comments or problems related to the contest. Sponsor may be reached by email at ssteinhage@radiusgrp.com during the Promotion Period.  

2.   ELIGIBILITY:

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 or older. Sponsor, and their direct employees/teammates are ineligible to enter the contest or win a prize. This contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3.   PRIZES: 

The order of gifts are as follows:
-  4 New England Aquarium Admission Tickets, valued at $159 each, and a $100 gift card to Boston Sail Loft restaurant.

4.   HOW TO ENTER/PARTICIPATE:

Final eligibility for the award of any prize is subject to eligibility verification as set forth below. All Entries must be posted by the end of the Promotion Period in order to participate. Sponsor's database clock will be the official timekeeper for this contest.

5.   WINNER SELECTION / ODDS OF WINNING:  

The Winner(s) of the contest will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received throughout the Promotion Period. The random drawing will be conducted at the end of the promotion period on April 27th, 2026 by Sponsor or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning will vary depending on the number of eligible Entries received.

6.   WINNER NOTIFICATION:  

The winners will be notified by Sponsor on April 28th, 2026. Winner must claim their gifts by acknowledging within 24 hours form the time they were notified via phone, email or both (depending on what they provide as source of contact). The winner will receive their prize by mail or in person. Sponsor is not responsible for any
delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive email account(s), technical difficulties associated therewith, or Winner’s failure to adequately monitor any email account. Any winner notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable may result in prize forfeiture. No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except by Sponsor.

8.   RIGHT OF RADIUS TO MODIFY:   

radius reserves the right to modify the terms of this contest if a problem occurs. radius expressly reserves the right to substitute a stated prize with another of equal or greater value if the advertised price is not available.

9.   LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: 

radius shall not be liable to any person or entity for any loss or damage arising out of this contest.

10. CHOICE OF LAW/FORUM: 

Any claims must be filed in Plymouth County, Massachusetts, applying Massachusetts law except for its conflict of law provisions. PARTIES EXPRESSLY WAIVE THEIR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.
