Sarah Valentini is a leading mortgage professional with over 20 years’ experience in residential and commercial lending. In 1999, she cofounded radius financial group inc. where she serves today as President. She has spearheaded the company’s growth from a small, local lender to one of New England’s leading mortgage banks.

Sarah’s work ethic is in her DNA. She is passionate about doing right by the customer and creating relationships with people. Her drivers for leading radius revolve around 2 of the company’s core values; Customer Obsessed and Team Inspired. Changing people’s lives, whether internally for her employees or externally for her clients, sets Sarah’s leadership apart. She has built the organization with people who understand these core values and has earned radius its solid reputation for quality service and integrity.

Over the past few years, Sarah has been recognized for numerous awards: The Ad Club’s “Rosoff 20/20 Celebrating 20 years of Diversity and Inclusion”; as a Stevie Award Winner for Women in Business; by Banker & Tradesman as a “Woman of Fire,” and as Mortgage Executive Magazine’s “100 Most Influential Mortgage Executives in America.”

radius financial group inc. Co-Founder & COO, Keith Polaski, founded the Massachusetts-based, private mortgage lender in 1999 alongside radius Co-founder and President, Sarah Valentini. With more than 20 years of experience in the mortgage lending industry, Keith has consistently strived to offer a better mortgage experience and has developed radius into one of New England’s premier mortgage banks. Headquartered in Norwell, MA, radius has steadily grown its footprint throughout New England since company inception and currently has 7 satellite offices throughout the region.

Through his continued dedication to honest, fair lending practices, Keith has garnered radius financial group many of the mortgage lending industry’s most prestigious awards in addition to many of the country’s most coveted small business growth awards. In ongoing efforts to evolve radius financial and its business practices to satisfy the next generation of home buyers, Keith conceptualized and launched his Next Generation Independent Mortgage Broker (Next Gen IMB) program – a 12 week paid program developed to attract millennials to a career in the mortgage industry, and to address the needs of future millennial homebuyers. The rigorous three-month training program beginning in May 2015, focused on a core curriculum of inside and outside the classroom initiatives revolving around the various disciplines required to support the residential mortgage loan life cycle, including: origination, analysis, secondary market, compliance/regulatory, marketing and the various mortgage technologies used by the banking industry preparing them for careers within radius financial group.

Before establishing himself in financial services, Keith attended St. Anselm College and served in the United States Airforce.

Sue Goodrich is a leading mortgage professional with over 20 years’ experience in residential lending.

She began her mortgage career in 1992 with GMAC Mortgage Corporation. Highly regarded for her superior planning and operations ability she advanced quickly while at GMAC. She reunited with Sarah Valentini and Keith Polaski  when she joined radius financial group inc. in 1999.

Sue has been with radius since its inception, working as the senior vice president of mortgage operations. Her efforts have created an operations system at radius that is efficient, accurate and always working to create raving fans.

Sue holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Bryant College in Smithfield, RI.

Dick Codair is an experienced mortgage professional with almost 30 years of loan origination and sales management experience exclusively within retail mortgage banking, giving him a unique perspective and motivation each day to make a difference.

Dick spent the majority of his career at GMAC Mortgage, where started as a loan officer, advanced to branch manager and then regional vice president over the span of 18 years. Well known for his solid track record of building top performing sales teams, he reunited with radius principals, Sarah Valentini and Keith Polaski to head up the radius sales team.

As the senior vice president of retail production at radius, Dick challenges each loan officer to achieve their personal best, resulting in a better mortgage experience for radius customers and referral partners alike.

Dick holds a Bachelor’s of the Arts in Computer Science from Saint Anselm College. In his free time he enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing and visiting Lake Winnipesaukee.

Ryan McKenna, general counsel

Ryan, a New England native, studied philosophy and political science at the Thomas More College of Liberal Arts in Merrimack, NH. He went on to graduate with honors from the University of New Hampshire with a Masters of Business Administration and a Juris Doctor. Ryan is admitted to the Federal Circuit for Western Washington and the Washington Bar Association. He is currently applying for admission in the Massachusetts Bar as well.

Before returning to New England and joining radius’ Executive Management Team, Ryan worked for a Pacific Northwest based mortgage lender where he advised on key areas of regulatory and business risk. Prior to entering the mortgage industry, Ryan gained legal experience in the employment of a New Hampshire district court, a military law firm, and KidsVax.org which is a program administrator for state-mandated universal childhood immunization programs in Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont and elsewhere.

When Ryan isn’t working, he is busy spending time with his wife, Emily, and their three kids Caleb, Seamus and Adelaide. His family enjoys being active and spending time outdoors with activities like mountain biking, skiing, camping and whitewater kayaking. He and Emily also stay fit by training for and participating in Spartan Races such as the Spartan Beast!

Dustin is a Kansas native and received his Bachelor’s degree in Business/Communications from San Diego State University. Throughout his career, Dustin has had immense brand experience with well-known companies such as American Express, Chase, KRAFT foods, Red Sox and TripAdvisor.com.

While living out west, Dustin worked for Bulldog Drummond, A Damn Fine Ad Agency in San Diego, CA and expanded the company’s revenue through content curation, facilitation development, and brand, product and experience design. Dustin got his start at radius when he moved up north in 2002. Since that time, he has also worked as the Regional Vice President of Rockland Trust, Director of Marketing Communications for Sodexo and as Senior Solutions Director for Dun & Bradstreet. In 2015, Dustin found his way back to radius as Director of Marketing Communications. He’s currently responsible for elevating radius’ marketing initiatives and creating strategies to fuel the company’s growth.

In his free time, Dustin enjoys relaxing in his Duxbury, MA home with his wife, Lisa, and his two kids, Devin & Emily, watching college football or wrapping up the weekend by the campfire. He also loves traveling, having impromptu dinners with neighbors, and being the proud owner of a pontoon boat!

Along with a keen understanding of the mortgage industry, O’Connor brings extensive risk management, compliance, business process transformation, organizational goal setting and technical planning to his position as Chief Technology Officer at radius financial group. Before joining radius, O’Connor held the same position of CTO at Poli Mortgage, where his principal function was to integrate new technologies and applications that greatly improved process efficiencies, which he attributes to proper system management.
David O’Connor’s career in the mortgage industry began over 19 years ago and took the path of specializing on the IT side of the business, which he has done for the last 17 years. O’Connor currently resides in Easton with his wife Stephanie and his two boys, Logan and Travis.
