Kimberly Moccia is a seasoned professional with 30 years’ experience in residential lending, with expertise in all aspects of mortgage banking, from underwriting and management to processing and closing.
Over the past 23 years, Kimberly has been a valued loan officer at multiple lending institutions, including Fairway Mortgage, Mortgage Financial, Universal Mortgage, Stanwell Mortgage, Norwest Mortgage (now Wells Fargo) and Farragut Mortgage. Throughout her career, she has consistently delivered personalized customer service and attention to her clients, keeping them informed about the latest trends in home buying and refinancing, while helping them reach their short- and long-term financial goals in today’s ever-changing markets.
Kimberly's start in the mortgage industry began as a book keeper and processor at Multi-Bank Mortgage in Quincy, MA, when she was 18 years old. By the time she turned 21, she was responsible for nearly 20 employees, managing all the company’s processing, closing and shipping functions.
Today, as a radius loan officer, Kimberly continues to guide and support her clients’ needs at every turn, with a particular focus on first-time homebuyers and FHA loan candidates.
Kimberly has been awarded President’s Club status multiple times during her professional career. She’s been a Plymouth and South Shore Association of Realtors (PASS) member since 1989.
She is a New England Banking Institute graduate, and majored in finance at Northeastern University in Boston, MA.
